I don't know very much about cars, and I usually feel as though I am being sold services that are not necessary. Since bringing my van to Fred, I haven't felt like that. This last time, the repairs actually ended up costing much less than the estimate we were given. He could have charged me the original amount I was given, and I never would have known the difference. I never feel taken advantage of with this shop. Everybody that I have worked with there has been very friendly. The waiting area is also very clean.
