In spite of some of the less-than-stellar reviews I decided to take my coat here for to shorten the sleeves. I went because a work colleague had her wedding dress altered here and was very satisfied. I'm glad I did. Perhaps they read the reviews, but everyone was cordial and professional. They did a great job with the sleeve length, moved the buttons appropriately, and excellent sewing. I was very happy and would recommend this business.
