I definitely like my body a lot more when I do Bikram yoga than when I do any other type of exercise. Every mom needs her own time and for me, sweating, stretching like taffy, focusing on only myself and just breathing are a welcome relief from my daily life. For those who like numbers, I have lost more than 10 lbs in 5 months which is making my pre-baby body that much more of a reality! :) YEAH
