We find Dr. Conners very knowledgeable and personable. If we had a complaint, it would be the difficulty of contacting him directly. I understand that this is the norm for most neurologists. Over the past six years, we have seen a great deal of turnover in his supporting staff.?? Most were friendly, but not so competent in their duties. Not sure why that is, or if Dr. Conners is even aware of the disconnect. This does not reflect well on him however, I sincerely hope he can remedy the situation with his staffing issues in the future.
