We stopped in P.F. Chang's one day for happy hour and it was fantastic. I don't often go to franchised restaurants, but this was a very pleasant experience. There were a number of fantastic drink and food specials.\r

I had a Asian Pear Mojito to drink; it was made with Bacardi Limón and had just enough of the pear flavor - lots of gorgeous fresh mint.\r

We started with some of the spring rolls, they were ok, but not out of this world. Next up was the seared ahi, it was very flavorful, I loved the spicy mustard with which it was served - but it could have been cut better (It was not cut across the veins of the fish making it tougher than it needed to be). The pork steamed dumpling we tried was fantastic, though the portion size left much to be desired. I never would have thought to order the "Asian Street Tacos" but I am glad that my server recommended them, they were quite tasty.\r

As an entrée I had the Beef Chow Fun - it was delicious with the perfect amount of sauce, a fantastic texture to the chow fun noodles (just soft enough, without being mushy).\r

All in all this was a fantastic experience.
