Be careful when joining Planet Fitness. They advertise no contracts. When I upgraded from a $10 per month membership to a $20 they failed to disclose that by doing this upgrade I was LOCKED IN to a 12 month membership and in order to get out of the contract I had to pay A FEE.\r \r When I spoke to the regional manager he refused to stand behind his employee's mistake of lack of communication. \r \r Very unprofessional. Poor customer service. more
