After reading the excellent reviews, I was excited to have my hair fixed after a bad haircut at another establishment. Anna, the owner, took me right away, so for prompt and understanding service they get a good rating. Note to the owners- personal phone calls and texting employees looks really unprofessional! Those things should be done on your own time or out of sight of paying customers. Anyway, I was hoping my botched haircut was going to be fixed; instead my stylist fixed the sections that were messed up but messed up the sections that were even when I walked in. Very confusing! At any rate, I left with just as bad a haircut as when I walked in, only much shorter! Not a good deal. Won't be going back and can't recommend to anyone, sorry.
