The owner/operator of this facility Tammara Lavender a.k.a. Taylor was charged with DWI on Feb. 9, 2011 at 9:45 am, just 3 miles from her home. She caused a serious collision,by hitting a state of New York work truck. Glad it wasn't a school bus, or a family on their way somewhere. She wants to run a sober house? I would not let her near anyone I cared about, and neither should you.
