As far as communication goes, Villa Carmel gets a minus 10 if I could give it. I have been looking for a mobile home and I have emailed them as well as calling and leaving a message and they do not respond. Obviously, I have never lived there, but if their customer service is so poor that they will not even take the time to answer simple questions...well its up to you but I wouldnt move there now if they paid me. more
