Kelly's sessions at 101 Live are great. She pushes you hard enough that you get a good, solid workout, but she doesn't push you too far. The workouts are very enjoyable, laid back but effective. I'm always surprised how fast the time flies and how physically fatigued I am at the end of each workout. If you're considering a workout like this I would highly recommend it. The TRX system allows you to adjust the difficulty of each exercise to your own liking, so even a beginning class can be challenging if that's what you want.
