Why isn't there a way to leave no stars? This group filed the title on my house incorrectly costing me thousands of dollars in legal fees to straighten out their mess. For months they said they were sending out a check to cover the legal costs. After almost a year of their run around I took them to small claims court. In small claims court they pulled out a document which was never sent to me and claimed that I had never notified them in writing about their error. However, they knew about the problem their error created for weeks before I hired a lawyer. Do not do business with this slimy, group of liars and thieves.
