We keep going back and giving them another chance, yet we keep getting the same TERRIBLE service. Last night was the worst so far. We had 4 adults, and a 20 month old. When we got to the restaurant they told us a 15-20 minute wait, and it took 55 minutes to get seated. The hostess was rude when we asked her how much longer. Once they took us to our table, the waitress was rude and rushing us to order before we were able to sit down. We ordered our meals, and asked for a small side of rice for our daughter. When we received our bill, they added 20% gratuity and charged us $5.95 for the rice. When we asked why gratuity was added, the waitress said it was because we had five people eating. I would have no problem leaving a tip if the service was at least decent, but she was rude the whole time, and we were often left with empty drinks. We were shocked how expensive a side of rice was for a child. Overall bad customer service, food is marginal, and don't think we'll be giving them another chance. more
