My wife and I recently boarded our two cats at this place for several days. We don't know what happened to them in there; they acted spookish and traumatized for several days after we brought them home. One of them was bitten by a spider in there and by the time we picked him up it was infected. Staff didn't say a word; they probably didn't even notice. Our vet who treated the spider bite shook his head when we mentioned where we'd boarded and suggested a few different places with a good reputation for next time. Had we known, we would have gone somewhere else. When I went to pick up the cats, the fluffy orange office cat was on the counter wanting attention so I petted it. I was disgusted to see it had gunk in its eyes and the poor thing's underside was completely matted solid with a rat's nest of fur so bad it will have to be shaved off. Don't they have a groomer in this facility? Disgraceful way to treat an otherwise-beautiful cat and very poor way to promote their business. Also, I agree that it smells filthy and was piercingly loud even just waiting in the office (it took the person *forever* to find the carriers and bring our cats to the front). They don't take care of their own animals and it's painfully obvious they didn't take care of ours.
