My husband & I opened accounts with this bank. There were 2 incidents that the bank went into my husbands separate account from mine and put his money in our account when the other account was low. We had many concerns about this and this matter through off our bills because we had sent checks from his account to pay bills and we incurred fees. Valley national refused to replace the money or incur the fees. We told them we NEVER gave any authorization for this action and they said they can do that! I closed my accounts and left, but if you must bank with Valley National go to the one is Edison or Clark because this location is constantly having new staff members & you can?t build a relationship with anyone, not even the manager!
