I had a scheduled hair appointment on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 with Jay. I called ahead to let the salon know that I was running late and the representative at the front desk was super accommodating. Although I was running late, Jay was very patient with me. She balanced the time spent with her clients very well. This was the first time that I was getting the ""shingling"" (advanced finger styling) so I was nervous with the outcomes. I had difficulty understanding the difference between shingling and fingerstyling and Jay provided a great explanation, allowing me to make an informed decision. I usually wear a twist out, but was so pleased with the service that I plan to return and try other styles as well.
