WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND TEMPORARILY OVERCHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. Service here is disgusting in my experience.
Me and my 7 friends came to eat here late one night. The waiter delivered our food and disappeared. We had to goto bar for Waters and additional stuff. Waiter showed up at the end of the meal to deliver our bills and disappeared completely again.
Finally, to leave we had to grab a busboy to run our credit cards. I wrote on the receipt the service was terrible and was appalled THEY HAD FORCED THE TIP onto my receipt. I left no additional tip and wrote on the receipt the service was terrible.
Waiter was so seedy, I checked my statement to find I was over billed an additional tip apparently! I called the manager Gene. He assured me if I sent it there that day he would take care of it right away and refund my money. I did so. I heard nothing back and sent and email 2 days later. Gene assured me that he would take care of it and call me. A day later still no call, I emailed again asking for the owner.
Then he looks into it and tells me that the $3 tip was an over authorization and had been corrected. In spite of the bad service complaint and promise to refund me, I get no refund for meal until I complain again. In the end after a WEEK of complaining I give up. They can keep the money.
In my opinion NEVER GO HERE they wouldnt know customer service if it bit them in the butt. Foods not that impressive even if your drunk.
Poor management breeds poor employees. Caveat Emptor.
