I will not take my children here again. 80 kids which included open play and birthday parties and no parents were allowed access to their child. Parents have to watch from a balcony above and you can't even see your kids all the time. Only 3 high school kids (not adults) were ""supervising"" all these kids, although 2 of them were texting instead of doing their job. 10 year olds were jumping on 4 year olds and no one even noticed. If there were a fire or an electrical outage, could 3 high schoolers get all these kids to safety-NO! The only adult was very rude and said if we didn't like it, we could get our money back and leave. They care more about getting the waiver signed than about your kids actually being safe. Never again-this place should be shut down!!!
