I never write reviews but I am writing this in hopes to save other people from the nightmare that is Digis Networks. We switched to save money, but it has taken us 3 1/2 months, yes MONTHS, to port our home number. In the meantime we have had to keep paying our old company to keep our number. Digis told us that it would take 20-30 days. In addition, they wanted to charge us a monthly fee for our home phone, even though they have screwed up porting it for 3 1/2 months. I had to fight with them on that.
