I have had my pool serviced by riverbend for over 5 years. Every year seems to be some issue about caring for the pool. I speak to them directly in the hope they do take care of the problem as I know how difficult it is to find good help in businesses today. Every time I have called I'm always given the tone of ""uncaring"" about the complaint and they seem like they are going out of their way to deal with it as if they are doing me a favor. Well, I have finally had it. This is a service and I am paying. If I did that in my business I would be out of business, and dallas is not short on pool service businesses. Today I called and cancelled my service and waited to see if someone would ask ""is there a reason you are discontinuing our service"". No instead it was the same not really giving a care in the world. So I offered it to them. I recommend people looking for a good service for your pool. Smaller places are in greater competion for your business and are kinder and much more concered. The mistake I made and many of us make is that we are too busy and just dont want to look. This goes for homeowners and car insurance .. they always start low and get high after a few years and you let it go unnoticed. So be proactive! Dump the cancer earlier. more
