Every experiece I have had with Pegram Insurance has been negative. The customer service is horrible! This is only one example...I wanted to add myself to my husband's policy. I was given a quote but then billed $90 a month more than what I was told. No one had the courtesy to call me and inform me of the difference. Then when I remove myself from the policy, I was billed a late fee for my husband's policy! Needless to say, I have found a carrier whose customer service is so much more reliable. Pegram may be a little bit cheaper but the horrible customer service is not worth it. Keep shopping!
