I was experiencing a great deal of pain in my hips, hip flexotrs, and front of my thighs-- it seemed to be spreading to different areas each day when I woke up! I was gettting desparate-- it seemed to be spreading to another body part every time I blinked! i found Sarah's name on Google, and shs immediately responded and I got in to see her within a couple of days. Her knowledge of the body and her intelligent questions about my lifestyle and pain history made me feel at ease, as did her comfortable massage area in her home and her easy, thoughtful attitute about how my muscles were behaving. She helped evry muscle in my body, even those I had given up on as being chronically or permanently tight. Here rates were surprisinglly reasonable and I will definitely be going back to her as soon as possible! I highly recommend her to all who are experiencing pain, especially if stretching/yoga do not seem to touch that pain! Be sure to drink a lot of water after the massage, because through her deep massage techniques, there are a lot of toxins released in your body and they need to be flushed out.
