I was having some Dental pain in a tooth and it was acute ..I knew I had to get an appointment and I have Insurance coverage..but it's new, and my old Dentist a fabulous Dentist BTW ..was not accepting my new Insurance..kind of upsetting but i had to go looking,...so as a First time patient I Called to several offices near my home Park Dental had a voice message which explained that they were unable to field the call but they wanted to have a person leave a message and they would return the call ASAP.. 2 days later after clear instructions and a short explanation of the possible problem with this tooth I still never received a call back..I tried again and ended up on hold for 10-12 minutes before I finally gave up... I'm at a different clinic now..never did hear back..!
