All though the 'land lord'seems nice, the property I rented has issues! First, the fleas were so bombed' the house to toxic levels-4 times in a month! Then the black mold started to appear thru the walls, my dogs lost all their hair, became very sick, then we got sick! Then, the 'lawn care' co started stealing our property, leaving behind yard trash!! Month after month, we complained, only to be offered to move!! Now, after months of medical bills and lost property, I am fighting for my $$! If you rent, be sure, very sure!!
