I have been sending my kids to this school for years now. This is the best school around. There are other schools near by. When I took my kids to see them, they said ""look dad their dancing"". Because they are use to all areas of self defense. Not just kicking and punching choreographed to a long kick set, to get their stripe or belt. Choreographed meaning pretend. I know when a male attacks my daughter, wrestling is his agenda. This school you earn your belts by real submission grappeling, sparing, nonresistance, striking, wrestling, joint locks, and pressure points on real oppenents trying to choke you. you get more for your money here.
