Dear Mrs. Myers, First I am very sorry we were not able to fill your flower order when you called on 2-19-2011. We were extremely busy with a Bridal Show we were involved with on this day. As the owner of this business, I try very hard to go above and beyond in pleasing everyone. We stand behind our business and our rule is 150% customer service. Sometimes we do not get it right and we appreciate your feedback. We will take this comment into consideration and will try harder next time. Again, we apologise that this had to happen twice. Saturdays can be one of our most busiest times of the week. Not to make any excuses we value each and everyone of our customers. more
