I was happy with this gym, the price was a little high but my job relocated me up to SF for 8 months so I let me contract expire. I recently was able to move back to Woodland Hills and decided to give Spectrum another try; however, they wouldn't even let me try out the facilities to see if things had been kept up or improved, not even for a day...I was shocked and upset. I've spent hundreds of dollars at this gym and there was no loyalty or professionalism. I talked with a manager and he couldn't care less and insisted I sign up or pay $25 for the day. What kind of customer service is this? Old management was way better, seems to be some turnover with staff/management and looks like a group of idiots are running this place now. Went to Club 360 instead. Look elsewhere before signing up to this place!
