Disappointed with lack of customer service 3/20/2011

Family and I stopped by here looking for a new car this weekend and were stunned by the lack of customer service. After walking the new car lot, we walked through the showroom. The receptionist didn't even acknowledge us in any way. After we started to leave someone came out and said a sales person would be with us in a few minutes. After wandering around further, still no one tried to assist us. What a disappointment. more
