I recently brought my 01 Outback in for service, and not only received excellent service, but understanding for my current state of unemployment. they gave me a discount on the work for donating gifts to ""toys for tots"". and when the car had to come in for follow-up work, they gave me a loaner and did not charge me to diagnose and repair the persistent problem. your dealership has certainly gained a loyal customer, and i look forward to my next opportunity to interact with your team. for the record, we also bought our kia sedona from suburban and were disappointed to see it close.
