A number of years ago, after my Infiniti hit 120,000 miles, I decided to try Independent rather than a dealer. I've been very pleased with them. Their services are reasonable and what has especially impressed me are the answers they give me as to whether I really need to have something repaired. I usually go ahead and have it done rather than putting it off, but that is in part because they don't try to tell me something needs to be done right away. Therefore I don't feel like I am being talked into unnecessary, high-priced services. They also have free wifi, free coffee, and free loaner cars, so I can either work there or run errands.
