They are horrible.. I purchased a gift certificate on citydeals for Q4U which expired on 3/31. We went in today (3/31) and was told the gift certificate was expired, it expired when they opened today. This is horrible! What business does this? I think they just like to steal your money!! The manager was very rude also, she didn't care! I will be taking my business to Pat's Bar B Que which tastes better anyway.
