Upon move in(at a rent increase not agreed to beforehand, but we were in a bind) fans and lights did not work, and our STOVE did not work. It took a little over 3 weeks to get a working stove, we had to threaten to buy one ourselves and bill them for it.
The pool is never clean, the hottub is constantly broken, office manager referred to children as ""chihuahuas"" , cars get broken into, and roaches are your permanent friend.
Upon move out, we did leave some stains downstairs. Any competent cleaning service could have removed them(we shampooed the entire apt), but we were charged for recarpeting the entire apartment.
BEWARE this place. The grounds can be beautiful, but you will not like living here. I wish I had listened to the reviews online when I moved in.
