RIP OFF 3/15/2011

I TOOK MY CAR THERE DUE TO AN EMENGENCY AND THE VEHICLE CAME OUT WORSE THAN IT WAS. THE DAY I WENT TO PICK IT UP, IT DIDNT EVEN START. ALSO MY STEREO, NAVEGATION SYSTEM AND DVD PLAYER GOT STOLEN, IT GOT RIP OFF FROM THE VEHICLE AND THEY DID NOTHING TO TRY AND HELP ME, THE OWNER DIDNT EVEN STEP OUT OF THE OFFICE TO TALK TO ME. THE PRICES ARE 3 TIMES AS OTHER REPAIR SHOPS, I PAID $4165.00 FOR A JOB THAT COST LESS THAN $2000.00 ON OTHER SHOP. I HAD TO CALL THE POLICEAND NOW THERE IS AN INVESTIGATION GOING ON AND I HAVENT BEEN THE ONLY ONE, THERE WERE 2 MORE CALLS TO THE POLICE WHILE I WAS THERE. RESPONSE FROM Superior Transmission: This customer had his vehicle towed to us by a tow truck company on a weekend when we were closed. The driver of that tow truck company left the door unlocked and someone was able to steal his equiptment out of his car. When we arrived Monday to see the car for the first time, we saw the radio, etc. missing. Also the customer was advised in writing that his starter solonoid needed replaced and another shop confirmed it as well and he refused to have it fixed and this is why his truck would not start. The other business he took the truck to verified the exact same thing that we said about his truck and also verified that we did the repairs correctly. Also as far as paying too much, thats because he had 3 repairs done and not just one and he left that part out to make us look bad. Nevertheless, there is 2 sides to every story and that police thing isn't true. We are a reputable company that won the 2010 AUTO SHOP AWARD OF THE YEAR in columbus, Georgia and have a plaque to prove it. Also we have an above average rating with the better business bureau. more
