Jeremy Nyquist has EXACTLY the right combination of knowledge, ability and attitude as a personal trainer, so I often find myself smiling, even while he is pushing me to the next level. I've worked with him for over a year now and the results are clearly evident. If you get lucky you might find another trainer just as good, but you won't find one better.
