I was refused treatment at Perfect Teeth, where I have been going for >=15 years, because I declined yearly x-rays. I am 47. I have NEVER had a cavity.(Anybody who thinks multiple yearl elective x-rays is advisable must be living under a rock). Anyway, I pay in advance every year, and they refused to give me my money back. The regional director, Donna, told me my treatment plan and standards of care are none of my business. Seriously!
