Drove 60 miles to these clowns because the local stereo shop in Longview is a ripoff. This place was even worse. Took 4 trips for them to get the Viper alarm system installed correctly. Then key fob started failing to operate properly. Went round and round with them. Just over a key fob. They wouldn't replace it. Just traded the truck and will NEVER have after market equipment put in.
