When we ordered our windows every thing seemed to be great. They came to install our windows and didn't have the supplies to complete the job. They said that they would be back in a week to complete the job. 2 months later and many phone calls we finally got the job completed, we paid our bill off. A couple months later we get another bill, $250, we have no idea what it is for. We call, they say it is for the permit (what permit?). No proof of the amount. we sent the $ 250. We get a call again, they are very rude, saying where is the money? This has been a very bad experience. We had Alpine Windows do our last 5 windows and they were great. We will be using them to complete our window project.
