Frank, you were rude, unprofessional, and unkind. I paid $100.00 to have my carpet cleaned and it came back smelling worse than when i gave it to you. When i called to talk to you about it, you said you would not clean it again, would not compensate me and said ""Sue me if you have a problem"" and hung up on me.
