3/29 Called and spoke w/ Carol about the drainage problem in the ditch behind my property at 2:31 pm
3/30 a completely separate department the Clay County Misquito Control called and left me a voice mail to let me know he went out to inspect the misquito issue
3/31 returned the gentlemans telephone call, and he let me know that he set a trap today & we will probably be one of the first treatments in Clay County. He let me know I can call every 2 weeks for a chemical treatment for mosquitos even though they don't like to spray in bodies of water that contain FISH and wild life like dragon flies. He informed me that he set a trap to see how many mosquitos he could catch. He recommended that I follow up with Public Works to make sure that there is even a work order for the drainage problem as he couldn't even navigate the easement even with his four wheeler. He told me that he will add a recommendation for maintenance to the ditch within his report for the end of the day.
3/31Called Public Works and spoke with Barbara who was very short with me and the tone she used let me know that she was disgusted with my call. Barbara informed me that a ""Sanja"" or ""Sondra"" put in a work order for maintenance on 3/30 so it's still in progress.
All in all my major complaint SO far is this Barbara lady who obviously shouldn't be working with the public even if it is through the telephone.
