Brought the couch to location and Peter looked at it and promised he could do a good job and was salvageable. This was a high end couch. Couch only 1-year old but was heavily damaged as a dog had a seizure on it (guessing). Was promptly called to come pick it up. Upon arrival they put it in back of my truck and could see from the showroom the piece had issues. Almost cried, the fabric I paid $530 was not even close to the color I ordered, had wrinkles all over it, seams showing looking like a Frankenstein and seams looked like they were going to rip at any second. Just horrible workmanship. Told Peter I would not accept it as is and he claims""some people like the wrinkled look"" Not me, have the matching Loveseat and they would not even look close.
Now 3-months later I have not heard a peep after he promised to fix it.
If it does not look a whole lot better if and when he calls then I will just tell him to junk it and not pay the remaining balance. Horrible...
