ProLectric didn't give me my best bid, however, I went with them based on their knowledge and service he provided me. He gave me suggestions on how to rectify the service issues I was up against.
Although they had a slow start, they did end up finishing by the completion date. They did a very good job and didn't hammer me with extras on the final billing.
