I was quite disappointed by Identity Salon because the phone rang and rang and rang and not a soul picked up the phone; not even an answering service in the middle of the day! Not a good impression for a business that should be seeking and trying to please customers. I know someone was there, because I had just spoken with someone about scheduling an appointment and they were expecting my callback. If this is the manner in which they conduct business, they cannot be doing that well. And they probably will not care. Oh, well. Sad. Especially NOT a good look for African American businesses. Thankfully I found out the business demeanor ahead of time--and will NOT call again...
