Paid deposit and never received product - called 3 times to try and get them to our house to make the template for the granite and they never came. Got into a heated discussion and initially said they would refund our deposit, but called back the next day and said unless WE apologized they wouldn't refund it. We are now disputing the charge with our credit card company.
