I never write reviews but Harbor Fitness def deserves one! I have been a member for the past 10 years and never had any reason to look elsewhere. Its one of the only companies that still exist that actually know what customer service is. Not only is the gym amazing..always clean, and always updated with modern equipment, no wait-time for machines, polite, staff and great classes (there is very low turnover because they are so good to their staff) and they always are offering new services to keep things interesting. Any special request, I have had over the 10 years is always looked into on a personal level. I never felt like i was put through ""system"" They have been more accommodating with me than I ever expected...It's nice to know that level of customer service actually still exists. I will always happily support businesses that operate on this level since its so rare!! Come and see for yourself why people never leave this place! Also try the shakes that are better than chocolate...unreal...
