I had a hard time finding a place that had decent parking and allowed pets, I rented from A Better Property despite some bad reviews I saw on yelp, it looked like most management companies had bad reviews. I also checked out other management companies but didn't find what I was looking for, seems that Long Beach doesnt have many owner-managed properties. Anyway, I had a roof leak right after moving in which was irritating and damaged my bedding but they let me deduct the damage from my rent and got roofers out right away. So far, so good but will keep my review updated!
