I have shopped for 50+ years and have NEVER written a complaint, but this store deserves it. Not only was I cheated, but was treated extremely rudely. The clerk whom I purchased from was completely unhelpful when I explained to her that I did not buy western clothes, knew nothing about them and was only buying something for my daughter and husband to wear to the rodeo. BEFORE she rang up the sale, I explicitly asked her if my family did not like the clothes if I could bring them back. She said, ""Yes, as long as they have not been worn and they still have the tags on.""
