I purchase a beautiful photo from Blue Heron Gallery and have had a HORRIBLE experience. Blue Heron used a shipper (Cartons & Crates) that shipped the expensive fragile photo improperly with low quality shipping materials.
As a result the very expensive museum glass chipped and the photo was significantly damaged. Neither the shipper nor the gallery owner (Dennis Hogan) would address the issue. This has been a NIGHTMARE!!! AND the gallery owner was consistently horrible to deal with!!! He was nasty, disrespectful and unhelpful. A totally horrible experience. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!! They are not a reputable business. You will be disappointed.
