Preston from Dodge Electric came out and looked at everything. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He saw that our fuses had all just about burned out, so he went out and purchased fuses to temporarily replace the old ones so we wouldn't be without heat or gas before he could come back. He didn't have to do that, but he saw an unsafe situation and took it upon himself to fix it to keep us safe.
The workers arrived on time and were ready to work since they had already bought the materials and parts they were going to need ahead of time. They were nice, well-mannered and very professional. They did the job quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up when they were done.
To me, they're very reasonable, as far as everybody else in Arizona costs in that field. I would definitely use them again. We really appreciate everything they did for us.
