I went in Stevens Jewelers earlier this month inquiring about one of their landmark charms. I was aware they were offering 10% off and asked if this would be the case the end of the month. I was told ""yes"" and they normally had 10% off the charms. I told them I would be in towards the end of the month. I went in and they would NOT honor the 10% off and I even spoke with the same person I initially spoke with. In fact the lady was rather rude! I wanted this charm for a gift for a friend going through some rough times and I will NOt go back into this establishment. It is no wonder there were no other customers in the store.
