OK so yes they asked me to write a review. No I normally dont bother but they worked hard for this so they completely deserve it.
I have had to use 3 body shops in the past 7 or 8 years. The other times I just was herded through my insurance companies direct program. While that was ok I did have to go back to those shops (all located in Bellevue) and get things adjusted and buffed.
Exotic Motors was definitely NOT just a run of the mill fender mender. This place is a professionally run outfit. From the very start they seemed like they not only wanted my business but cared about my situation. They handled everything for me. They were NOT amy insurance companies choice in fact my insurance company tried very hard to push me to their ""preferred"" place. I insisted and they quickly backed down. It was new to me but the choice lies in the hands of the vehicle owner NOT the insurance company.
The repairs were perfect in fact better than I remember the car looking when I bought it new!! The car was as clean as a whistle and the whole thing was handled with care and professionalism.
They also run a service place for regular maintenance called The Pit Stop wich I also have used and is equally as good.
I will recommend this place to my family , friends and anyone that will listen. Enough said!
