Last week my wife Candace and I had the Sound Room install a sound system and a new tv in our house based on the recommendations of John Walter. We are very pleased with everything. The sound is incredible and the system is so easy to use. It is just fantastic. When we started this John went room by room with us talking the aspects of each room and the different approaches and which approach would work best given the structure of our house. It was very helpful and ultimately differentiated The Sound Room from the competition. Further, he worked with us as we made changes in defining what we wanted.
We have been able to create our own library of music and to tap internet sources that make everything we want accessible. Further, the quality of the speakers recommended was excellent. The new TV and a woofer also gives us great sound as well as a great picture.
Your installation team of Justin and Doug arrived on time, were very careful in their installation, made recommendations on the placement of the speakers that made sense and did a great job of installing the equipment, keeping the wiring out of sight and cleaning up as the worked. We could not be happier. They also taught us how to use the system.
We will recommend the Sound Room to others and will use your help in the future.
